How do the Speed and Agility sessions work and how long do they go for ?
The speed sessions include technique work with specifically chosen technical drills first, then we incorporate excerises such as plyometrics or mobility drills to improve an athlete's biggest needs and then the athlete is exposed to sprints to improve their top speed.
How does group training work ?
Before joining a group, I recommend 1on1 Private Training Sessions first to bring the athlete up to speed on all of the drills and exercises.
How long will it take for me to get fast and how much training do you recommend ?
That's the million dollar question
Do you offer speed and strength training together ?
Yes I offer sprint training and strength training together for an athlete. I can also provide those services separately.
